Autumn Creek Elementary School opened in 2009 and serves approximately 650 students in grades kindergarten through sixth. The school population includes students who transition to Autumn Creek from Bristol Grade School after third grade and students who are in the Dual Language program in grades kindergarten through third grade. Autumn Creek Elementary School also houses the STARS program for students with Autism in grades first through third. 

Teachers at Autumn Creek Elementary School work as a team to plan and implement instruction to meet the needs of all learners within the grade level. The teams work collaboratively to challenge students who are ready to move forward, as well as provide additional support for students who need further assistance. 

Students at Autumn Creek Elementary School are offered a variety of educational opportunities and support programs including a dual language program, special education services, intramurals, fox clubs, and a variety of after school activities.
